The biggest up-skilling in a generation...

Pharmacy within England is undergoing a huge change as we speak. Huge numbers of (mainly) community pharmacists are undergoing training to become pharmacists within primary care, mostly in GP surgeries.

Each pharmacist has to go down a training pathway, called the Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway, which is an 18 month training course. This is the biggest single up skilling event of pharmacists in a generation.
