Curious dismissal of hypersonic missiles......

Back in the 19th March I was quite taken aback when I read this BBC article : https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-60806151

So basically, the tone of the BBC report was that the Kinzhal hypersonic missile launch was no big deal. Strange I thought, as China and the US, as well as Russia are all working towards this technology. It's a game change for the future of warfare, yet because it was a Russian launch it was dismissed as trivial.

So really hypersonic missiles are clearly a very big deal, despite the previous poo pooing of it.

I had a real chuckle to myself about it all..........!
